Mark Chana is the Managing Director of CCI South Africa, which is the largest business process outsourcing (BPO) contact centre provider in South Africa. He is also Chief Operating Officer of CCI Global.

Prior to moving to South Africa Mark Chana was Associate Sales Director at Phones 4u, Area Manager at ALDI Stores and Operations Manager of Nestle S.A.
He has a Master of Engineering in Biochemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Batchelor of Engineering in Biochemical Engineering from University College London. Mark Chana is also on the Board of BPESA, the professional body of the contact centre industry.
