On Saturday, 15th October, the best of the best Contact Centre and Supporting Service companies in South Africa gathered at the Cape Town International Convention Centre for the 2016 BPESA National Industry Awards.
The BPESA Industry Awards connects the industry’s leading achievers, providing a platform to acknowledge and reward those individuals and companies who have excelled over the past 12 months. After a lengthy judgment process Careerbox was shortlisted as one of the final top Training Providers in the industry. On Saturday night Careerbox was awarded with a National Award for the Best External Support Services – Training & Development Category. Careerbox has been recognised as a meaningful player and impact training provider within the job creation and Business Process Offshoring industry in South Africa.
